  • One egg
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Season the Bangus by some salts. Put it on the side for an hour. After that, fry it for several minutes or until it turned to a golden brown.
  2. Cook garlic for a few minutes or until it turned brown, combine tomatoes and onion, and mix patis.
  3. Coor for around three minutes and add water. Sprinkle it with MSG.
  4. Combine the Bangus when it boils and simmer for around five minutes. After that, simmer in lightly beaten egg.
