  • ½ head garlic, minced
  • 1 medium size of an onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger, minced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Boil the broccoli first for around three minutes, took it out on the water and keep aside.
  • In a pot or casserole, pour the beef. After that, sprinkle with pepper and salt.
  • Boil the beef on a boiling two cups of water for a few minutes until it was already smooth. Combine water if it is needed. Then, took it out on the broth and keep aside.
  • Cook beef, garlic, and onion in a saucepan. After that, fry it for some seconds and combine 1/2 cup of the broth.
  • Combine beef broth cube, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and cook for several minutes until the sauce was already hardened.
  • Pour the broccoli and cook for several minutes. Serve in a serving plate. Enjoy!
